Fausat Balogun consoles Ijebu following his painful loss
Nollywood actress Fausat Balogun has joined her colleagues in consoling actor Olatayo Amokade better known as Ijebu, as he loses his mother.
IGBOHOCONNECT news recalls Nollywood stars had consoled their colleague, Ijebua, as he broke down over the death of his mother.
The comic Yoruba actor lost his 83-year-old mother a few years after his father had expressed great pains in her demise.
Ijebu shared a photo and video of his mother while he expressed his pains in her death, wishing her a peaceful rest.

Celebrities including Tope Alabi, Opeyemi Aiyeola, Biodun Omoborty, Ronke Odusanya, Femi Adebayo, Sunkanmi Omobolanle, Yewande Adekoya, Kemi Korede, Bisola Badmus, Sikiratu Sindodo, Desola Afod, Adediwura Gold, Olayinka Solomon, Bimbo Oshin, Muyiwa Ademola, Mide Martins, Toyin Adewale, to mention but a few of them, consoled Ijebu on the death of his mother.
Fausat Balogun, who had earlier shunned his post, has taken to her Instagram page to console him.
She wrote, “May grandma’s soul rest in perfect peace. Iya daada. Abiyamo toto. Prayer warrior. Best mum. Good night @ijebuu accept my condolences”.
IGBOHOCONNECT news recalls Mavin Records head honcho Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, lost his mother to the cold hands of death.
The label executive broke the sad news in a post on his Instagram on Friday night, July 22, 2022.
According to Don Jazzy, the matriarch of the Ajereh family breathed her last on the morning of Friday, after a long battle with cancer.
The music producer said even though his mother’s death had left him with unimaginable pains, he’d take solace in the fact that she lived a good life.
He described the deceased as a fighter that refused to give in even in the face of a deadly health condition.
He wrote: “I lost my sweet mother this morning. The matriarch of our family. My supporter and backbone @indianpicolo.
I am beyond devastated. I have never felt pain like this in my life but I am consoled by the good life she lived. She was loved by everyone that ever met her.
She was so strong till the last minute for us even while she battled with cancer.
I have never typed a more difficult caption in my life. Please pray for our Mums soul to Rest In Peace and for strength for my dad, my siblings, her grandchildren and our entire family to bear this loss.”
